Virtual Team Building Workshops
As remote working continues to be the norm for many teams, one of the greatest challenges they face is how to keep their staff engaged, motivated and connected when the workplace is also the living room, and colleagues are pixels on a screen.
Our Virtual Team Building workshops are specifically designed to address this challenge, and have proven a successful way to increase engagement and connection when working remotely. Far from sacrificing the quality of the experience by moving online, we’ve found a way to use technology to our advantage, and re-design the team building training Sydney experience for virtual teams.
How It Works
Our Team Building training in Sydney can be run in person, or virtually, and is designed for anywhere between 5 and 50 participants, though Zoom limits us to 24 for online sessions. Our standard workshop runs for 2.5 hours, though we’re happy to customise our program to suit the specific needs of your organisation.
We’ll work with you to understand what challenges you’re looking to address, and always deliver a customised programme built specifically for your context.
